What in the world are crystals and how do they work?
Think sparkly, magical rocks! They're solid materials with atoms neatly arranged, creating awesome geometric shapes. Crystals are used for spiritual vibes, healing, home decor, and even in cool tech stuff.
Crystals have energy (think good vibes) that can mesh with your body's energy fields, giving you a Zen-like balance and promoting healing. Your body’s energy is always changing based on your mood. The vibration of a crystal is steady (like a rock - pun intended). When you incorporate crystals into your life, your vibration will raise or lower to meet that of the crystal! Cool right?!?
How do I pick the right crystal?
Trust your gut! See which one clicks with you. The crystal will choose you, you won’t choose the crystal! That means - which ever crystal you are attracted to right now, is the crystal your body and soul needs. You can also choose based on the specific vibes or properties you're after.
