Hey there! We're Lauren and Courtney, and believe it or not, we thought crystals were weird too. Seriously. We were skeptical.
But between work, kids, and the general chaos of everyday life, we were looking for something to help us feel a little more balanced. So we gave crystals a shot. And much to our surprise, we actually noticed a difference.
That's exactly why we created the Glow With The Flow Kit. We wanted to make it easy for anyone to get started with crystals without feeling overwhelmed or wondering what the heck to do with them.
No complicated rituals. No rules. Just real crystals, simple ways to use them, and a little help navigating everyday life.
